We do our best to remind you about upcoming appointments, please CONFIRM your appointment by answering text messages. Otherwise, it will go to someone else.
We understand that emergencies may occur and you may need to cancel your appointment. Please CANCEL your appointment in advance (or AT LEAST 1 WORKING DAY BEFORE your appointment), otherwise, a CANCELLATION FEE may be applied to your next appointment which is 50% of the service requested.
Please be on time. We work individually with every dog and set a certain timeframe for each appointment and your being late may push back all appointments after your own. If you’re late for 15 minutes or more a LATE FEE will be applied which is $15. If you’re more than 20 minutes late, we may not honor your appointment and have to reschedule it.
REFUSING TO GROOM CERTAIN DOGS
If our groomer is uncomfortable working with a dog for any reason, such as temperament, old age, medication, etc., we have the right to refuse to groom this dog. The dog’s safety is our upmost priority and if we feel that a grooming service can cause your dog to be under extreme duress we feel it would be safer to deny the groom and recommend to have their dog be groomed with a veterinarian present in case of any emergency that may arise.
We do our best to provide excellent service and our 3 packages include everything your dog needs. However, every dog is different and may have individual hair/skin conditions and behavior issues and we need to spend extra products and time working on it.
Therefore such services as

- MEDICATED SHAMPOO/MUD MASK and etc cost additional.
